3 weeks ago : Ottawa is not winning any game ever again
*Ottawa proceed to win 6 more games*
Yesterday : Ottawa is not winning any game ever again
*Ottawa wins tonight*
Tonight after the games : Ottawa is not winning any game ever again
* ... *
It's the Senaturds - can you really blame those predictors?

That's virtually a repeat of last year.

Thufferin' Thuckitude! (apologies to Sylvester)

If Fitzgerald wants to keep his job he needs to do everything he can to get Markstrom so the same thing doesn't happen next year.
True, but he failed to get him this year. So no guarantees he'll get him next year.

And if he gets him will it turn out like Korpisalo in Ottawa.
Happily Habs probably have 5 goaltenders with the potential to be better than any of New Jersey's.

The remaining schedules for the Canadiens, Coyotes, Senators and Flames are as follows

Canadiens - Flyers, Islanders, Senators, Red Wings x2

Coyotes - Kraken, Canucks, Oilers, Flames, Oilers

Senators - Panthers, Lightning, Canadiens, Rangers, Bruins

Flames - Sharks, Kings, Ducks, Coyotes, Canucks, Sharks
So the Habs kinda decide who take the last wild spot in the east. A win against Flyers and red wing would eliminate any chance of them making the playoff.

The perfect scenario will be :

Canadiens - Flyers (L), Islanders(L), Senators(L), Red Wings x2 (1 W and 1 L)

1 win and 4 L

Islanders aren’t that good and we can beat Flyers/Wings and Sens. Get ready for the real possibility of 8th because every other team has a tougher schedule IMO.

Hopefully the wild card race goes down to the last day. All those teams except Ottawa have something to play for. They won't likely sleep through the game llike better teams that have already clinched a spot.
