Sounds like LSU is going to part ways with Les Miles. A coach with a 110-32 record is going to be gone.

I guess LSU decided to take a play book from the NFL and use the what have you done for me lately card.

I realize this is a long-shot, but looking for a single ticket for the State/UNC game (student or non).

Thanks!

So all indications point to LSU going full derp and firing Les Miles. Good luck finding anyone on his level, no matter who they hire is going to be a downgrade.

No kidding. Just a bunch of guys with tons of money that have no idea how hard it is to win at the level Miles has for so long.

Too bad (for Les) he didn't go to Michigan the multiple times they recruited him. If he had done so, and even been moderately successful, he could have had the job for as long as he liked.

Still crazy LSU is reportedly dumping him, especially after all he's done and that he turned down Michigan a couple of times for them.

LSU is really going to regret this. I can't imagine a coach that is going to be better than Les Miles that is going to want to go there after how they are treating him here. Every recruit in the country knows the name of Les Miles, and they've had a string of good classes in these past couple years. They're not going to keep up that level of recruiting without a big name hire. It just boggles my mind that they'd do this in a year that a young team, in my mind, overachieves before receding back to the mean. In a year or two they're set up for success in a big way and it's a shame Les Miles won't reap what he's sown there recently.

I really hope he leaves the SEC. My worst nightmare is Les Miles to Mizzou or South Carolina. Just when Tennessee is on the right track with these two programs trending down, they have to deal with a Les Miles program injection.
