At first glance, I thought the Netflix advertisement at the top said "Nachos" which got me hungry. Alas, upon closer examination, it read "Narcos". That's unfortunate. :(

What is defined as a necessity.

Haven't watched MTV since I was in highschool (15 years ago). Just complete garbage.

And heard there was the typical garbage political crap as usual.

On the fear the walking dead , they should have taken one of those school busses and rocked the apocalypse bus and filled that sonna***** with food

Did you notice the shot of the airplane in the sky early in the episode? Ties into the article that was posted earlier about the walkers on the plane short episode that is planned.

They should air that before the first episode of Season 2 and then have the character that survives the flight immediately jump into the initial episode of that season.

It was a Tobias heavy laiden episode lastnight.

I thought the same exact thing about the airplane. Either that or it's the one that crashed in Breaking Bad and Walter White's meth started the apocalypse. :amazed:

Wes Craven's death will likely go largely unnoticed by most of the mainstream media but if you ever get a chance to read his short stories you should or at least I would highly recommend them. There are seeds of brilliance in them. Oh well, So long Wes, we hardly knew ye.

Wes was a master of horror.

I had a ****ing steak tonight. I went to the butcher shop and got real steak. None of that grocery store ********

Ron and Jeff you should check this place out. I bet Herby remembers it

I got a porterhouse. I cooked it perfectly between medium and medium rare. With a port wine reduction drizzle.

This is amazing and really easy to make.

Don't use a ribeye for this. It is too juicy it works best with a filet or NY strip.
atta boy. have you checked out belcampo meats or mccalls meat & fish co?

Ayyyy! I know someone who just moved to Cincinnati OH.

Just salt and pepper is good for a steak.
Lately I have been cutting a good roll in half, buttering then sprinkling a decent amount of parmesan and while the steak rests throw the bread butter down over direct coals while grabbing the circular grill rack with tongs and rotating it back and forth to keep the bread moving to give it a real heavy toasting/slight charring, then cutting the steak ridiculously thin, piling it on the bread with some american cheese on top, throwing it back in the grill with all the vents closed to smoke/melt the cheese as the coals die out. Actually can be done reasonably cheap, and is god damn tasty.

:laugh:awesome. any pics of that?

I checked out both websites. I need to check those out.
Thanks Squirties!

He was a great interview too. I recommend the horror documentary The American Nightmare which focuses on horror directors from the 70's - including Wes Craven. His bits are always interesting. It pops up on channels like IFC near Halloween.

Edit: The American Nightmare is on YouTube, actually.

FTWD episode 2 was better then the first. Injecting family drama via Characters is much worse (epi 1) then situation adding tension and drama (epi 2).

The daughter i'm forgiving a little bit on her reaction to her BF as she has no information from her parents about what might be going on. That instinctual protecting by not giving information is what hurts any relationship (this was just an opinion of how to handle teen kids rather then a criticism of a show.)

Anyway, no real problems with the acting or writing in this epi except maybe just crowd gathering acting, but as it's a mob/crowd in a picture frame you gotta relay the message of a giant entity like a crowd somehow in the small frame.

I liked both episodes, but yes Episode 2 was better

Wow Squirties, I don't know if it gets any better than that
