Just ate some really spicy soup with tons of chili oil. How do I prevent a spicy dump?

First of all, shouldn't you be telling us this?

Glass of milk. Fat neutilizes chili oil. They control the heat of wing sauce with oil.

I am telling you guys. Do you mean what I ate?

I'm lactose intolerant. That would result in me having to get a new toilet.

Sorry to anyone who's poli sci or actually in politics, but except for a select few (some presidents and candidates), no one who is exceedingly smart actually wants to go into politics; there's no money there, unless you want to be corrupt. The smart ones either become engineers, doctors, lawyers or go to wall street. The politicians who graduated law school were probably too dumb to pass the bar and only got in because dad did or they're in billionaire families. Or at least that's my theory as to why congress never gets anything done.

I think Sanders has a good chance but I don't know where all the money he is going to need to provide free college education and single payer health care is going to come from. The 1% has got to be smarter than to keep all their money here to be taxed. I highly doubt Trump will get elected, he doesn't have a filter, which probably isn't a good thing when trying to appeal to everyone.

Real wealth and success is built after office. Most politicians take private sector jobs after office.

Sanders economic plan is an absolute disaster. Typical tax and spend liberal (I don't care is his "people" say he's an Independent). He never gives a tax figure to anyone; he simply states "it will be a lot higher than what it is now." **** that. He wants the majority of job creation to come from redoing the infrastructure in this country. Rubbish. I don't want this guy ANYWHERE near the White House based solely on his economic policies. The US government doesn't have a tax deficit, they have a spending excess. Stop funding ****hole countries.

It will be Clinton and Bush, again.

Because we love our repeat performances.

Hillary Clinton is DOA if Biden runs and Jeb is weak as hell. Neither will reside in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

It was a bad joke about you being the med student who usually tells us this stuff.

Can you eat oatmeal?

I had a ****ing steak tonight. I went to the butcher shop and got real steak. None of that grocery store ********

Ron and Jeff you should check this place out. I bet Herby remembers it

I got a porterhouse. I cooked it perfectly between medium and medium rare. With a port wine reduction drizzle.

This is amazing and really easy to make.

Don't use a ribeye for this. It is too juicy it works best with a filet or NY strip.

Sounds awesome. Thanks for the tip. El Toro Meats, have to check that out.

Gotta do a barbecue before the summer is out!

Be forewarned that it is expensive. But very worth it. That is the quality of the steak at Flemings at less than have the price.

Sounds delicious. I haven't had steak in a while. I was trying to make my own mix of seasonings last time, but couldn't get the right taste.

Good cuts are worth it. I've eaten far too many crappy steaks at places like Outback; just can't compare to either Morton's or Ruth Chris'.

Never been to Fleming's. Need to go for sure.

Have you ever tried Montreal steak seasoning? It's pretty bomb

No, I've seen it at the market though. I was mixing paprika, butter, cayenne, garlic and some rosemary, along with salt and pepper.

That sounds good. I would try thyme with that instead of rosemary.

Yes sir, I have been to El Toro Meats a few times back in the day. The problem was for awhile the road work on El Toro just made it so damn difficult to get in and out of that area. El Toro Road from the 5 to Muirlands was hell. Although I know they did finish it a couple of years ago and that area actually looks really nice now, where as before it was kind of the armpit of South OC.

Yeah its a million times better now. For the record, I will always consider Laguna Hills to be the armpit of South OC

Ayyyy! I know someone who just moved to Cincinnati OH.

Just salt and pepper is good for a steak.
Lately I have been cutting a good roll in half, buttering then sprinkling a decent amount of parmesan and while the steak rests throw the bread butter down over direct coals while grabbing the circular grill rack with tongs and rotating it back and forth to keep the bread moving to give it a real heavy toasting/slight charring, then cutting the steak ridiculously thin, piling it on the bread with some american cheese on top, throwing it back in the grill with all the vents closed to smoke/melt the cheese as the coals die out. Actually can be done reasonably cheap, and is god damn tasty.
