Just watched The Ridiculous 6, good for some cheap, cheesy, immature laughs.

I hate Sandler with a passion, so I wouldn't be able to make it through that lol.
I can only get into certain movies he's in. I liked Bulltproof back in the day and then Reign over me, the latter being the only of his movies I own. Others like Big Daddy and such were okay, but nothing special. I couldn't stand Billy Madison or Happy Gilmore though.

There were set walk offs because of the portrayal of Aboriginals. I just can't support movies like that. It'd be like someone getting in black face and portraying a dumb farmhand, it'd be considered the most racist thing in years. Yet those folks have been mis-represented for almost 100 years strong (maybe less in the 90s and early 2000s).

There's a fairly good doc called Reel Injun, out there. It might be on Netflix, but it's a really good watch; and fairly important one to be honest. Additionally when you can get young Sacheen Littlefeather on screen, it's a win

Meh, I'm half Cree, grew up on a reserve. I don't take Adam Sandler movies serious  especially with all the other over the line stereotypes in the movie. It is what it is, I laughed. If it was a historical movie or serious drama, sure I'd be pissed. But it's an Adam Sandler comedy, no different than Family Guy, South Park, etc.

I don't think anyone takes Adam Sandler seriously anymore, and yet that movie still got dumped on. By all accounts, even Sandler was mailing in his performance in that movie.

Oh I didn't watch it for the acting, which for the most part was half ass , I love great cinematic masterpieces and riveting dramas, but, I do enjoy the flat out dumb movies, not going to lie.

Now You See Me(seriously awesome movie)
Most Adam Sandler and Mike Meyers movies as well

The Emperor's New Groove
Hercules
Beauty and the Beast
Lion King
Toy Story

and just last week I FINALLY decided to give into the hype and watch 'Frozen'. It did not disappoint. It was much better than anticipated.

Also am SUPER stoked to see Star Wars and Disney's take on it.

Yeah. Disney is smart about their movies. They allow the groups to do the movies without inteferring in anything. That's why most movies are good. That's why the Marvel movies are great.

Going to see TFA tomorrow night at 9:50. The tickets were not sold out and we got lucky. I didn't know until a few days ago that there were Thursday shows. I guess not a lot people know? Anyways, I'm excited to see it.

Enjoy Ferk!

Thanks Hox!
