These days, Television >>>>>> Movies. Especially shows on premium cable.

Because movie companies don't seem to care about the quality of their movies I'm not watching them for a month.

That'll show em!

I'll sell my Disney and Cineplex stock now in preparation for the impending collapse of the film industry.

Nice thread. Huge movie guy as well. Off work today, and all of my friends are busy, so seeing 3 movies back to back to back today. The theater is my go to if I'm bored and nobody wants to do anything. I don't mind going alone tbh

I think you may have missed the "not watching them for a month" reference being made...

Seriously underrated post.
True, but only 600 points, as there were originality deductions made in the overall score.

Let me guess...

Legend, Creed and Krampus?

I ONLY go to the movies by myself. Going with people other than on a date is incredibly overrated. I used to not even want to go to a movie unless someone else went with me, but once I got past that, I enjoy myself so much more! You can always find a single seat even to busy movies and there's nobody to talk to you during the flick

I like going with friends too, its nice to talk to someone about the movie afterwards. But I mostly go alone, been going that since I was 14.

Krampus. Peanuts and Trumbo. Going to Crowfoot cinema for the first two, then training to Eau Claire for Trumbo. Already saw Creed, it was fantastic. Will probably go to Chinook on Wednesday to see Legend.

Watching the final season of Louie. It's a good show, lots of dark awkward humor; I feel like it it meant to represent how we feel in certain situations rather than what actually happens.

8 days until Star Wars! hype! Hype! Hype!

Man, I'm so excited. I won't be rushing to see it right away so it's gonna be tough avoiding spoilers on this internet thing.

Guys, talk to me about Shomi. Just got it, other than SOA, what do I need to watch? Looking for binge TV series.
Crave > Shomi I don't know about what shows they have, but if the price of Crave has not changed it is the much better deal and they have HBO shows.

Looking at their catalogue now, Louie, The Americans, Vikings and the Blacklist are shows I would recommend.
