Thin crust pizza is an open faced grilled cheese—also a sandwich. Grilled cheese and tomato soup is sloppily deconstructed pizza.

All this talk from @Tripod about seafood gave me a hankering for a good rare tuna steak. Black pepper, and a sauce of sriracha, soy, honey and lime. Grilled zuke from the garden.

Stove top grill pan for a nice sear, then the oven for like 15-20 minutes.

Then I go to work.
