I not familiar with it, but Wilson is a bit of a hike from Raleigh. I tend to cook my own steaks anyways, and if I do go or to a fancy steakhouse it’s typically the Angus Barn.

Angus Barn is great. A company I worked for had an office in the RTP and we would go there for dinner every time I was there.

Not sure if you people ever go to Qdoba or chipotle.

I always get the bowls.

Chicken or steak or brisket. Love the cilantro and jalapeno.

Also on a different day had blackened salmon.

Chipotle's Barbacoa bowl is my thing when I go there. Good eats and I make sure they leave out the stuff I don't eat which usually adds more of another choice of that set of ingredients.

Never tried actual hot sauce but I'll use hot honey every now and then. That stuff is delicious on just about anything.

Speaking of Franks, I m at French's, getting a load of mustard hot sauce and bbq sauce.

The honey is infused with chiles so it has a nice spice to it followed up with a sweetness of the honey.

Hot n' honey wings are probably my favorite or at least right up there with standard buffalo. The Jughandle has the best hot n honey around.

I’m a spicer is better person. I put hot sauce on hot dogs instead of ketchup.

I have mixed hot spices with honey before.

I get apprehensive with anything over five. Good stuff though. The standards are the standards for a reason.

It was fantastic though. I hadn’t had a proper rare steak in a while, and really ill only eat filet that way. Anything else is medium rare.

Will highlight again, bourbon and mushrooms, great flavors to top it off.
