Coke isn't helping with those Freestyle machines that make fifty different flavors of Coke so now "What flavor of Coke?" is a legitimate question and not just regional idiocy.
A restaurant I used to work at had one of those and it’s a total piece of shit. Great concept but terrible execution. We had to call Coke to send a tech or replacement parts every other week.

Fun fact: freestyle machines have a modem and need to be connected to the internet to work properly. Our modem took a shit and turned the damn thing into a giant brick.

Worst part was we only had the one, so every time I tried to get a refill I had to wait on some indecisive f***, some old person who couldn’t figure out how it worked, or some kid who wanted to mix peach sprite with cherry vanilla Dr Pepper.

God I f***ing hate those things.

They need a freaking modem??? That right there is a problem waiting to happen. Thankfully I rarely have issues with them whenever I need one and it's just one of the flavors running out. Some days I want Vanilla Coke, others I want some variation of lemonade. I love those damn things but maintenance of 100 flavors has to be a BITCH

Yeah, the problem with having 100+ different flavors is having 100+ things that can go wrong. The modem was for store specific drinks and screensavers. It also sent a bunch of data back to Coke about efficiency and usage and what not.

And as far as what I’m eating; here’s some pot roast for you people.

I not familiar with it, but Wilson is a bit of a hike from Raleigh. I tend to cook my own steaks anyways, and if I do go or to a fancy steakhouse it’s typically the Angus Barn.
i used to live down there in middlesex. that place is pretty well known, because they bring a whole ribeye to your table, and you tell them how thick to cut your steak. also they have great steak. it's right on 301 not far off 95, about 45 min. from raleigh.

I've had the beyond meat burgers before. They're pretty good, but I'd never confuse them for actual beef. The fact that they can generate a solid crust goes a long way. Definitely worth a try at least.

Cool. I’ll have to try. Doing sone research seems people like the Impossible meat better.

not sure if any of you fine citizens, use grubhub. I luv this service. With a big rig, getting to food places is a challenge. Thankfully grubhub brings the food to me.

I'm getting Kung Pao Chicken tonight. with a super green veggies of brocceli kale, cabbage. Yes, I'll be on the smasher
Grubhub rocks I use it often when I don't want to cook after my commute. Order, set a pick up time for approximate commute and pick up when I get there.

I use it often when i travel to have things delivered to the hotel. Usually when I leave work and head back to the hotel, I still have the non-project pieces of my job to at least try and stay current on, so its nice to have decent stuff delivered instead of the same old hotel food.

It helps that i dont have to pay for it, either, i guess.
