Did pork chops in the air fryer. Yum.
Look at that shallow depth of field. Look at the staging. Professional. Not holding a plate in the air, fumbling with a phone camera in one hand, like a savage.
Ain’t nobody got time for that. You’re lucky to have gotten a photoLook at that shallow depth of field. Look at the staging. Professional. Not holding a plate in the air, fumbling with a phone camera in one hand, like a savage.

Had a stopover in New Haven on my way to Amerks-RagsPuke in Hartford. Yes, this is the best pizz... er, tomato pie on Earth.
Nope. It’s the only way I do ‘em now. Mess around with what I mix with the panko. Normally it’s Italian seasoning and Parmesan but I used a smoked garlic rub this time.Air fried pork chops are wonderful. First time?

Eagle Rare used to be much more common near me but its been harder to find. But where the hell are you finding Weller? I have seen that one time and it was $400 a bottle for the Antique or Special Reserve.Eagle rare is one I keep an eye out for but have no luck actually finding it. Weller is another that hits the sweet spot for value.
I just check every once and a while on the website and when I see it’s available, get the big boy bottles of buffalo trace. I don’t feel right mixing even my slightly more expensive bottles for old fashioned’s. At that point I’m as interested in the particular bitters I use over the actual whiskey. Buddy of mine makes his own and always gives me a bottle of them. Most recently, he did a batch of lavender and chamomile which is just great.
It’s impossible to find. Going on what the state store lists for its price, it’s still super value.Eagle Rare used to be much more common near me but its been harder to find.
