I was thinking the exact opposite the entire time. Usually stormtroopers keel over whenever a blast is within twenty feet of them, always thought how pointless stormtrooper armor was. In this one it felt like you could really feel that this was an elite troop with increased armor. Troops on both sides were shaking off hits unlike normally it's just the protagonists that could do that.
Well I thought that until the final confrontation when Paz Visla wiped out like 30 of them but beyond that moment which was needed for story it felt like these troops would actually have a chance when stormtroopers are normally the most useless army ever.
Not sure if he was implying anything but it would be Luke or the Jedi or even maybe even his surviving and witnessing order 66 he did not want them to fight within their own ranks?Yeah I was thinking of the final scene with Paz. Seemed like every shot took one down.
Another thought - when Grogu stopped that fight and Mando said “he didn’t learn that from me” - was he implying Grogu learned that from Luke?
I guess they were too busy trying to surviveNow that more people have seen the episode....is it just me or did nobody really acknowledge seeing a freakin Mythosaur after they nearly got killed by one?
I figured there would be a lot more of excitement seeing the symbol of the Mandalorians that were supposed to be extinct for thousands of years
That wasn't a Mythosaur. It was something else. Now that more people have seen the episode....is it just me or did nobody really acknowledge seeing a freakin Mythosaur after they nearly got killed by one?

I like the other theorythats one of the theories

it's either Karga's droid or one of the other Mandos thats been in the covert since Navarro

It wasn't a Mythosaur, it was some other giant creature that had been awakened by the bombings on the planet. The show did a very poor job explaining this (one throwaway line about stuff being awakened earlier, and not giving us a very clear shot of what was emerging from the ground). Now that more people have seen the episode....is it just me or did nobody really acknowledge seeing a freakin Mythosaur after they nearly got killed by one?
She has the Darth Maul-era Deathwatch horns on her helmet, just like Gideon. She also immediately bailed right before they went into potential danger. They also spent time focusing on her travelling up into space towards the fleet, while intentionally not showing us the payoff of her landing there. The Armorer's actions have not indicated in anyway that she would betray them.
That is literally why.She has the Darth Maul-era Deathwatch horns on her helmet, just like Gideon. She also immediately bailed right before they went into potential danger. They also spent time focusing on her travelling up into space towards the fleet, while intentionally not showing us the payoff of her landing there.
Counterpoint: Gideon seemed pissed that the factions were uniting when informed about it, and she instigated that
You speak as if having consistent motivations or faction alignments has ever stopped a plot involving Mandalore before. That is literally why.
Well Bo Katan did remind everyone how Mandalorians have been more willing to destroy themselves than let anyone else do it.You speak as if having consistent motivations or faction alignments has ever stopped a plot involving Mandalore before.
