Buff living his best life
I dont remember seeing this posted but I must have missed it.Looking back at the Debrincat trade.....
Debrincat for Korchinski, Ludwinski, and 3rd this year
Debrincat 24 goals and 60 points in 72 games. RFA next year UFA the year after. QO will be 9 million.
Korchinski looking like a fantastic pick that fits the rebuild timeline.
Ludwinski struggling.
I think its a clear win. Add the fact that not having Debrincat this year helps us tank.
38 points career high. Montreal fans still really wanting us to miss him.Kirby Dach, hurt again apparently.
It’s not even the points. Being hurt consistently means he’s putting himself in bad spots, so he lacks awareness. Not great for a hockey player38 points career high. Montreal fans still really wanting us to miss him.
also Dubios is going to move over to Montreal and with Suziki there there isnt really room as a top 2 center.Dach is a winger
Some Hab fans still seem to think he could work at C but its clear he never will
Him moving to wing has likely saved his career but he was drafted to be a franchise C so it will always be disappointing Hawks were team that wasted a 3rd overall pick on him
Korchinski better turn into f***ing Niedermayer.
Loved Buff as a Hawk, wish they would bring him back for some symbolic one day contract or puck drop, he deserves a Chicago sendoffView attachment 678119
Buff living his best life
Good for him
He is retired and I assume enjoying his life in Minny
I recall he is avid fisherman/etc so good for him
Enjoy your retirement
Nylander hasn't scored an NHL goal since right before the pandemic shut everything down? That feels like a decade ago.
There is retired, and then there's whatever that is. Buff, unfortunately, isn't long for this world, at that weight. It's unhealthy as all hell.
I remember arguing about Domi vs. Bertuzzi with someone, they thought Domi should get a 1st because Bert got one...lolCurious how guys have done since trades and looked them all up
