I find them pretty decent for instant ramen noodles. Of course, it's easy to do better by doing it yourself.

Gonna maybe try this to take my ramen to the next level.

I have actually added cheese to my Korean ramen before out of curiosity as many people seem to do this. I was actually surprised how good it was.

I saw this video the other day. The Kraft singles look so weird, but the rest look good.

Army stew is great.

I also like the broth-less style (like the buldak I linked before). You can add cheese, tuna, mayo etc.

Had a bit of a Korean kick recently and made something from there for 5 dinners in a row last week:

Started with kalbi.

Fanastic!
Next night was Korean fried chicken, deep fried.

Then another night of Korean fried chicken but done in the air fryer. It was not bad, but the deep fried one was preferred.

Next up was Pork Bone Soup, or gamjatang.

And finished off with a Korean beef brisket stew.

Tools used during the week: Air fryer, regular wok with oil for deep fry, grill and an Instant Pot.
Fantastic!

Definitely too expensive for 99% of the population as it cost something like 2k+ USD, but wow!

It's very good but typical in Japan anyways, you would eat it at a fine establishment and not at home and it's not massive portions that you receive.

What is it?

Fermented red chili paste.

3kg? you have a restaurant?

The 500g I bought last time lasted me less than a month.

Very different mayo than what North Americans would call mayo.

NA mayo is still good on spicy noodles though.

I know Wagyu is typical in Japan, talking specifically about Wagyu brisket.

Haven't seen it made that way, although I've never been to Japan (yet), so who knows.

1 month?WTF? how is that possible? That is one heck of a lot! Is it ok/safe to consume such amounts?

Mayo on noodles, curious but not that curious, will pass TY.

Never seen brisket in Japan, and have to wonder why using such a precious piece of meat why do that to it? A brisket done properly is great and no need to go overboard with such a costly cut.

Why not? It's not that much. It's like 10 or so dishes.

Your loss. :thumbu:

Got it!

Is it a loss if one has never heard or thought about it:dunno:

I can,but the mrs would shoot me for ruining a great piece of meat. It was not intended for this use,but TETO I guess.
