Shame, because the sport really does have it all -- speed, skill, physicality, athleticism, a bunch of different star players who all impact the game in unique ways. There's so many ways you can be successful as a hockey player, I don't think that athletic diversity is really present in other sports.

It is a shame. I honestly believe it's the reason it's not as popular in the US. It's too fast a game for casual fans to enjoy.
