Can those who use melatonin link me to what they use. I know I've seen it discussed on the boards but a search is not taking me to where I can find the threads. I have a friend who is having trouble sleeping so I thought I would suggest something to her.

we take these sometimes. But be aware 10 mg, one pill, is considered a high dose.

you can get them in 3 mg and 5 mg too.

this is Franklin, KY, for those who are not familiar with this course..... it's the only US Race Course modeled after the European courses (mile and 5/16ths) and not a traditional oval course a kidney shaped turf course;

as noted in the Horse Racing thread: the Juvenile Mile race is now the 14th the Mint Million is now the 10th; Sunday's card is now on Labor Day.... official decision will be made by 6 pm Sunday if Monday is contested

the Mint Casino is the one who's backing this facility

Just got out. Roaming SFO at the moment. Hotel check in isn’t for a while.

Very smooth and uneventful flight. I ended up using 1.5mg of Ativan and i am a little wobbly on my feet right now. But I’m ok. Watched the new ghost busters movie once we crossed some clouds and wind over Wisconsin.

I’m here. It took a little more sedation than expected, and i cried both entering and exiting the plane, but I’m here.

See I can't take anything on the flight that might make me less than 110% alert for a flight. I just have to bear it because I want to be as alert as possible should shit hit the fan. I remember during my fight to Taiwan from LAX...I was gritting my teeth and just eyes wide open all the time.

I had a traveling job for a few years (which worked great being single and the pay was great and I loved seeing the country) which forced me to fly a few times per week. I never really liked listening to music on flights for some reason and I don't really enjoy movies that much so I would just try and sleep for the longer flights, always got the window seat as my company would obviously pay for the flight and I'd just opt to spend 30 bucks out of my pocket for the good window seat.

I think my worst experience (maybe not THE worst - but definitely up there) out of all was the time I got stuck sitting next to the lady gnawing on gum for 5 hours straight. Thought I was going to lose my mind.

Took both the commuter rail and orange line shuttle yesterday to/from the OU watch party at AT Okeefe's which is the old McGreevey's. Burgers are delicious. Was surprised that it wasn't busier pre Sox game but I'm not sure people know it is actually open.

Everything was free and went smoothly. Just check the schedules before you leave and follow the signs and you will be a-ok.

The orange line shuttle to Forrest Hills boards around the corner by Cleary's pub.

I'll be taking the Commuter Rail if I actually have to go to jury duty on Wednesday

I hope the Orange line from Sullivan to North Station is fixed for the first pre-season game

thinking about about getting either the Amazon Firestick or Roku although don`t know much about either. Any other products like this that you folks have tried and liked?

It's not quite what you asked, but I've had both and like Roku FAR better - and I'm a Prime subscriber. Granted, I have a Roku tv, but I like the interface/interaction better... Plus, there's something to be said for the whole 'not putting your eggs in one basket'

I don't know much about any others, I'm sorry

2 things....one a tip,one a question....

Tip - not sure how she came up with us, but for anyone with kids, or anyone who always manages to get stuff on their shirts(like me).....my wife came up with the idea to use Resolve carpet cleaner on laundry stains....it is amazing...even takes out the stains from clothes that have already gone though the dryer....

Question......does anyone have tips/recommendations for a trail cam....not looking for one for hunting, but one just to see what walks through the property just because it would be cool...
Read a few reviews, from what I saw Bushnell (which I thought would be good) seems to have a lot of battery compartment complaints, and the Brownings had reviews saying hard to set up.....

The biggest difference for me is that the Firestick can install 3rd party APK apps where Roku is locked to just the apps they approve of and can't be jailbroken. But in the end it fully depends on what services you need and whatnot.

I have a Roku TV but we put a firestick in it anyway to be able to download and subscribe to a Latin American TV streaming service since my lady is South American.

San Francisco is lovely so far. We walked the piers yesterday after we got settled in at the hotel. Today we did touristy stuff, a drive over the Golden Gate Bridge with a stop at the park, 90 minutes in the Muir Woods, 90 minutes in Sausalito, and then 2 hours at Alcatraz.

Then we met up with some of my brothers friends and they showed us around for a bit. Took in some unreal views. It was a perfect day

Isn't Muir Woods great? Such big trees, and it's a lovely tranquil setting with the forest surrounding the stream. Even though it can be get quite busy it still feels like a calm, relaxing place to be. Sausalito is nice too. Great views back across the bay, food is good, although not cheap!

Great part of the world.
