I quite enjoy the "Keep It Unreal" series of commercials the CFL has been putting out.

Anyone else really hearing this song in the background?

An economy sized CFL schedule in Week 15.

Toronto (6-6) at BC (7-6) Fri. 10PM ET
  • These are always interesting games to look at, when an Eastern team has to contend with a late start in Vancouver. Nathan Rourke getting his groove back for the Lions could make this a long night for the Argos.
Ottawa (8-3-1) at Hamilton (3-9) Sat. 3PM ET
  • The playoff odds for the TiCats aren't the greatest but some other teams tripping up does have the door open. However, the RedBlacks have proven to be a solid team and a win here would guarantee that Ottawa will finish with a winning record, something that's only happened twice (2015 and 2018) in the RedBlacks era.
Montreal (10-2) at Calgary (4-8) Sat. 7PM ET
  • A brief QB switch to Logan Bonner didn't pan out, which just adds to my theory that Dave Dickinson is the real problem in Calgary. The Alouettes need a win with Ottawa hot on their trail in the East so this could get ugly again.
Bye Weeks - Winnipeg (7-6), Saskatchewan (5-7-1) and Edmonton (5-8).

Officials are absolute CRAP. All calls should be reviewable. Called an obvious catch by Hamilton incomplete. Screwed up an obviuos fumble call but the review corrected the call.

They say the season doesn't truly begin until after Labour Day. Hamilton has been impressive as of late, including today but it might be too little too late on their playoff hopes. The rough start to the season really did them in.

If Mitchell could throw an accurate pass over 10 yards they would be 4 td's ahead.

And another the worthless idiot rule. If you block the kick it shouldn't matter if the kicker is dead. it should only matter if you don't get the ball.

For god sakes, another tie! :biglaugh:

These OT rules need to be changed/tweaked again, IMO. Either add a 3rd round or force the teams in round 2 to go for it on the 3rd down or something. That game was so obviously going to end in a tie.

The Stamps completely gave that win away late in the 4th, the Alouettes did not deserve anything tonight.

I think i would move the starting spot of each drive from the 35 to the 50 to ensure field goals have to be kinda worked for.

Then for scenarios where TDs are being traded i go to the NCAA format; first two possessions for each team are normal. For the third and any potential following possessions the scoring team is forced to go for 2.

Better than whatever the f*** this gongshow was supposed to be.

If they are only going 2 rounds don't allow field goals.
