Measure of a coach is, does his team progress under his leadership, this team has been stagnant for 4 years. We pass poorly, we manage the puck poorly and we defend poorly. This team should be scary as f*** to play against, they are very pedestrian, every night. New season , same as the old season.

True, but as I said, if they started calling it all against one team, they would start drawing negative attention to officiating and the league and be forced to adjust.

You have to have players that want to do those hardworking things, you need continuity not a revolving door, but most of all there needs to be team leaders that do the hardworking things.
