I don't think we'll have to worry too much about the Rielly Gus pairing with 7D. The pairings will be mixed up a lot with Gus probably getting the least ice time.

That tweeter is a clown though lol he pops up on my timeline every now and then, him and Oileranalytics are cringey.

Oilers should be careful with giving Skinner such a heavy workload. I get why they don't want Campbell in there, he's atrocious, but they must have a 3rd option that would allow them to pace Skinner so he's reasonably fresh for the playoffs.
A Knights/Oilers 1st round series with rookies in both nets would be interesting. Flip a coin on that.

I think this is more experimental than anything else

Keefe probably wants the team used to get certain formation type. Probably a mock set up for playoff should injuries occur

It also needs to be said that if McDavid said anything even remotely 'contreversial' about Toronto, the Edmonton fanbase, which is softer than the Islanders fanbase, would throw a fit. Much, much worse.

I used to do that back when StubHub would pay me in US. If someone was dumb enough to pay a crazy inflated price, I’d sell and drive back home and watch on tv. If no one bit by the time I was done dinner I’d just take them down and go to the game. Only once I got a stupid amount and went back home.

Arizona is pretty nice. Plus the irony of McDavid (not matthews) being the one to bolt to Arizona cannot be matched

I agree it is highly unlikely but anything he says or doesn't say right now is completely irrelevant in whether he stays or leaves when his contract is up. He could have said he had a crowd of 30 coming to the game and it wouldn't change anything. What he actually wants he isn't going to say to the media 3 years ahead of time lol

To be fair Chris Lee f***s all Canadian teams, not just us. This guys and Wes Mccauley are the 2 guys I hope don't officiate our playoff games. If they are, expecting us to get run out of the building with dirty hits.
