Risto redemption arc in Buffalo

Risto redemption arc in Buffalo
Now we're talkingAs a second line RWer....
I don't really mind, but it will look a little weird to some other people. It's funny that ROR doesn't have any trade protections in his contract.Make Nashville an offer they can't refuse for ROR.
I think they got better due to breaking up Byram/Power. They were our worst pairing to start the season. Now Byram is with Dahlin and Bryson did ok with Power. Are they playing better defense with Samuelsson out of the lineup? I'm wondering about his usefulness long term. He seems to miss about half the games every single season though, so maybe it doesn't matter.
He is bad ?Make Nashville an offer they can't refuse for ROR.
I don't think he's bad. Sure he's older, but from what I understand, Nashville isn't very good. It seems like the GM signed a lot of big-name veterans, and the coach is preaching a system that doesn't really suit those players. At least that's what I read on Preds boards. He is bad ?
or how good is he now ? Veteran with sc would be very good
If he still can skate
Well, Jokiharju has already settled in there, he keeps coming back.Certainly not now, he’s struggling
So lines with him then ?I don't think he's bad. Sure he's older, but from what I understand, Nashville isn't very good. It seems like the GM signed a lot of big-name veterans, and the coach is preaching a system that doesn't really suit those players. At least that's what I read on Preds boards.
He's still decent defensively and puts up some points, and his photo...he looks just as young (or old?) as he did when he was in Buffalo. I think he was a good pickup, although it would be weird, but if he helped the Sabres get to the playoffs, that would be a hell of a story.
