Noted. But as far as the Sabres franchise was concerned, I was glad to see him go.Quinn was bad for the Sabres, but good for WNY given all the big events he brought in (WJC, Winter Classic, Pond hockey Tourney, etc.).
Sucks that Ruff couldn't find success here, but "run 'em" remains one of my favorite moments as a Sabres fan.
As soon as i heard the news, i was ecstatic. But in a weird sort of way, im gonna miss him. Wish him well in all his future jobs. Thanks for the memories Lindy!
Yeah thanks for nothing glad thats over

Best wishes to Lindy.
Dare I?
There was a period of time where he was viewed as one of the better coaches in the league. His resume is pretty decent, and you can't say he was a bad guy off of the ice. He was a FIXTURE of the City, the team, and really a representation of our sports City for decades.
Wishing him luck in his future endeavors.
Thanks Lindy. He may not be a coach anymore, but he is a sabre for life. In a strange way, as much as I hope the team succeeds without him, I'd like to see him succeed somewhere else.
