I´m surprised that so few posters include Elias Pettersson, Nils Höglander and OEL on their lists. Vancouver might miss the playoffs and all those guys have contracts after this season.

face it. you are swedish-finn. you speak fluent swedish and lived here you whole life. your favorite team is hv71. dont pretend that you dont have connections to sweden. embrace your inner swede. nothing wrong with cheering for both finland and sweden.

Yeah he is a nice one. No idea how he was not in last WC team. I would gladly take Berggren - Wingerli - Fröden from AHL. That line had great chemistry. But for some reason swedish coaches dont like the leagues of AHL, Liiga, Czechia and DEL. You never see swedes from those leagues make it to team Sweden.

Lars was bad in 2 OG games. He proved to be human. Maybe we should go with Anton Forsberg + Filip Gustavsson.

Folin could not keep up with the tempo in any games in Olympics. I like his playingstyle but he is just not good enough.

Nordström and Kruger was twice as good as Friberg and Klingberg in Olympics. I rather go with them.

Pudas is a must. He and Tömmernäs are amazing togheter.

why should rosen and gynge not be on the team? their chemistry is insane and they are always producing. could be nice to have them on bottom 6 to bring some secondry scoring.

Schedule is a problem. SHL finals might end one day before WC starts.

And Czech Hockey Games...in the middle of semifinal playoffs......and the stuff going on in Russia/Ukraine and AHL/NHL still being played...AND olympics players being tired and gonna decline.....We are gonna see a terrible roster in EHT. Problay gonna be problem getting a good team together even during Beijer hockey games. Maybe even in WC.

Oscar Sundqvist got traded to Red Wings and have a contract. Would love to see him in WC.

Well its a good team. Not sure why he picked Everberg thought. He was horrible in OG. If we gonna go with a grinder i rather have Anton Bengtsson, Joakim Nordström, Kruger or Emil Larsson.

Strålman? Now thats a name i have not heard in a long long time. Is he not finished as a player? Maybe insert Pudas there instead.

Swedish hockey journalist obligatory SHL players... Completly agree with Kruger or Nordström being more useful in that position.

His argument for Strålman is his routine and experience, I haven't watched him in a loong time but he might very well be too far past him prime to compete for a spot

I’d say he’s doing a decent job in one of the worst teams in nhl history. A bit slow, but still the same solid passing and plays. His routine has helped a lot of young d and I’d like to see him with Dahlin.
