WC: Team Sweden 2019 roster

About 0% chance E.Karlsson goes if Sharks is knocked out. Has has had injury problems this year(currently out with one as well), and is a UFA without a contract.

Should be the invited dmen, wait and see if Ekholm, & Klingberg get knocked out, if they don't then invite Brodin and one of Hjammer/Larsson/Dahlin and put Lindholm with OEL.

Sucked last year. Unconsistent this year. Easily replaced with Bemström!

Joke aside, if we look at the team from the bottom and up, is Pääjärvi - Krüger - Hörnqvist a preferred fourth line with you?

Lets just hope to everything that is holy that Grönborg doesn't decide to bring a load of slow, old traffic cones that is there for their leadership skills. Unfortunately it seems unlikely he won't since he is Grönborg

Next games will be against Norway, 2 games played in Östersund, 11 and 13 april. I guess some roster changes will be made. These 2 games will be broadcasted unlike these 2 recent games therefore i think it would be intresting to speculate what the team might look like.

Are Grönborg gonna ignore Videll, Peterssons, Hersley, Junland and Rosens good seasons? Zackrisson have been great in the playoffs. This players have been ignored whole season, i really think they should get the chance, lets give the veterans a shot.

I read somewhere that Händemark, Norman and Lööv declined. And Omark and S.Kronwall have ended their national careers. It feels like Lindström and Möller wont come either.

Well that's already the best D in the tournament no matter who you fill the rest of the spots with

Is Elvenes crossing the pond to the AHL now? Back to back to back next weekend for the Wolves. Perfect time for him to get his feet wet before the playoffs.

Olofsson - Nylander - Nylander!

PS. Our best advantage over other countries are that we could have real good defenders on our second and third pairings. Markström on top of that and a good first line should be our priority. In short, our forwards get to play hockey with real good defense behind.

PSS. What is the best "Euro" forward line we can create for the WC?

Everberg - Lander - Bemström?

Maybe Grönborg already have a fourth line ready in his mind...

Pääjärvi - Krüger - Josefsson?


And if we a re a bit pessimistic and assume we only get Klingberg and one of Söderberg or Wennberg from round 1...and only one (1) from round 2...

To bad for Silvferberg, he could miss out on a important role here. Kind if understand if Rakell is fed up though.
 
Hopefully players aren't forced to come play the exhibition games. Let them go on a long vacation, half the tournament itself is just exhibition. Getting OEL is key, we need some of the bigger names to give the green light early.

Only want Lindblom & Pettersson from that group. Also, Kempe (the younger one). The rest are SHL-quality.
