Zito learned his lesson with the Chariot and Giroux trades. He didn't give away any prospects or high picks this time. Even got the Sens to retain in case something else cropped up before the deadline.
Great work!
Great work!
When I think of Trocheck, the John Candy movie line from Planes Trains and Automobiles comes to mind. You forgot about Trocheck.
I heard Tarasenko fixed itfixed my ED
Staal? Comrie? Lindros? We have 3.1M available
More than enough to add Eric
I’m ok with that as long as we don’t give up on our future Norris winning defenseman PetrovicWe have 3.1M available

When you see the Villagers boarding up their doors and windows, is because Zito is in the neighborhood and he is coming for you.
Tarasenko is still more than scoring depth IMHO. He’s had shoulder surgery and something else that kept him out for a while a couple of times but he’s always bounced back strong. I know it’s back in 2019 but St Louis doesn’t win the cup without him (among O’Reilly, Binnington, Pietrangelo, Schenn, Schwartz and maybe a couple of other guys like Barbashev and Steen and Edmundson). Point being, he played hard hockey, didn’t shy from contact, and scored critical goals.Looking at it im very pleased with this trade, adds scoring depth, sure he won't score 40 again probably ever again in the league but he still has goals in him.
Considering this is a guy that had 82 points in 75 games 2 seasons ago. What has been the downfall for him injuries? not that into his injury history.
What he’s fat like Ekblad? Gentle_Man will be so confusedThis also makes us heavier. Tarasenko is like 220lbs. Not a small dude.
All Sens fans are saying he's been good defensively. Not worried. Not too worried about Tarasenko's defense. If he plays on the 2nd line, that is typically the full attack offense deployment anyway.
Keep the 1st and 3rd lines together as they are. 4th can rotate Cousins/Lockwood/Gadjo/etc
He's not the old Tank anymore but he'll still throw his weight around, and uses his strength to go to the net. How skating is just really diminished from a few years ago. This also makes us heavier. Tarasenko is like 220lbs. Not a small dude.
This makes too much sense
