At what point do we acknowledge that we look like incredibly poorly coached team? No identity, no offensive plan, our d zone coverage is atrocious. We may have some personnel issues but coaching seems like bigger fail to me.

Coaching is fine. The team is poorly built. Can't much help it in a cap era. You can only burn so many draft picks trying to keep your cup window open before you have to pay the price and embrace the suck for a little bit while you restock.

considering we have allowed 4+ goals in 8 straight games, that period feels like a win.

Are we talking about the team or coaching? The plan isn't any different than what we've used before. The problem is the execution. Adjustments made are to try and stop the bleed of poor execution. Until they stop turning over the puck and making unforced errors I'm not sure how much coaching will do for them.
