This is the first time I can remember The Blues keeping the puck inside The O-Zone for the whole last 2 minutes, but they spent too much time passing the puck around without shooting and without having teammates driving towards the net at the same time. That is especially important when the team has two of its best shooters out of the lineup.

I don't think I've been this mentally checked out of hockey since the 2009-10 season. Hell i can tell you the exact date I got back into it. October 11th 2010. 1st NHL Game for Ryan Reaves. Got in a fight and thrown out due to his fight strap not fully secured. Blues went on to win 5-1 with goals from Backes, MacDonald, Crombeen(lol), and 2 from Dagostini.

This is what I mean when I say they are unlikable. This team does not play the right way nor does it play with heart and soul. A miserable and forgettable team that is truly unlikable and if nothing is done to improve for next season, the fanbase is going to pay a price as more and more of them check out.

Those that disagree will disagree. Present your reasons and have a discussion. That's the whole point of a discussion board. Its a lot better than whining about how you aren't allowed to say something. Do you expect people to just completely change their opinion and sycophantically agree with you if you complain enough that they don't?

Binnington has been bad and could be better. But he isn't as bad as his stats say because the defense has been bad too.

They should have played Griess last night against a weaker Habs team and used a fresh Binner for tonight.

I don’t like to get nit picky about goalies in the regular season, all I care about is for your goalie to play good enough to get us in the playoffs and then be clutch when it really matters.

The fact is the Blues defense was f****** pathetic for a good stretch of games there, if they had played adequate enough Binner’s stats would for sure be better.

Once we get Hofer up here we should hopefully have a really good tandem though.

What you should have said is that this forum has a lot of posters that have not only played the game but coached the game and attended summer long camps to learn the game and I don't like that they're able to critique the team instead of getting drunk and screaming shoot at games.

There is only so much a goalie can do. Sometimes there are incredible shots and you just have to tip your hat to the shooter and sometimes the goalie does in fact make a terrible play or just f***ed up and misses a clean shot. Then again there are times when the team in front of the goalie completely shits the bed and f***s the netminder over. We've seen a ridiculous amount of the latter the last 2 years and especially this year. Trying to place blame on any ONE particular person and especially Binnington this year is so absurd that the only assumption that can be made is that you're one of the drunk guys at the game screaming shoot.
