AFAIK, Kňažko has been given a major penalty plus game misconduct, and not match penalty which means there should have not been imposed any suspension unless disciplinary body decides.

Hard for him though, he probably thought Cajkovic did this to me about 7 times in training, how am I supposed to know it's a bad hit :sarcasm:

They were always better 5vs5. Not necessarily on offense but the Swiss defense is way better, leading to more possession. 5vs5, almost no quality chances for the Slovaks.

Yeah they have been a bit better 5v5, but still with no consistent pressure. The Slovaks are quite solid defensively.

Agreed, Canonica has been disappointing so far. I almost wanted to say Delemont is having a good game before making a braindead play. He looks either like an elite prospect or like a complete amateur. No in between there.

Marchand and Schläpfer are really going. Hofer pretty good either but also killed a few chances. Bayer should consider swapping Knak and Hofer. Marchand, Schläpfer and Knak would be a real top line.

What i dont like or dont understand, that the young slovakia players try to hold the Puck with one hand stick, when you loose all the physical Battles doesnt make sense to me.

But see complete Swiss Team impress me.

Yeah. Only the Schläpfer line is going every shift but they haven't scored yet. Exactly why I'd like to see a few line changes.

I'll lean to the latter. Penalties, errors, every shift is an adventure with some good and some bad.

Yes the bad often outways the good but every now and then he has these great defensive reads or flashes his once so promising skating. Sometimes i really wonder if his junior career could have turned out different under different circumstances and with a bit more luck...

He'll be Eric Blum 2.0. Excellent in the NL but useless at international level.

I mean for a player, especially from Switzerland, not being drafted is a benefit, not a detriment.
