i feel like current situation favours SWEDEN, as seen in group match against them, they are more likely to score a sloppy goal. I'm hoping we score first and take advantage of overall play opening up

So why didn't Jiricek get a penalty for holding a Swedish player? It was during the Czech power play, clearly two minutes.

It seems to me that the Swedes are winning much por of the puck battles everywhere - their pk was a great example. It seems that Czech D has been thinking they will have all the time in the world like against the Swiss, but Sweden pressures the puck bearer much better.

They were in a big derby battle.. Czechs need to adjust and used to this pace.

Pretty even game so far. As a Swede i am impressed by and a bit scared of the Czech D-corps but so far we have managed to contain that threat. Hoping for Lysell to get things clicking tonight and convert on his rushes.

I meant they were superaggressive on that PK. Not overall. But they obviously gained some confidence from that situation and they can totally rely on Lindbom.
