Yeah many of you ”new” finns in hockey probably thinks you’re gods gift to hockey nowadays and the gold should be yours every year or you start crying like babies. Finns who didn’t start watching hockey for like the last 5 years are used to lose to Sweden.

You have all the right to cheer for Czechia but it’s pretty obvious you’re doing so out of saltyness over the loss against us.

"For once". The majority of finns in here didn't think that we deserved more than a quarter this year? So there's nothing true in your statement. What's sour in rooting for a new team, I mean they've impressed me in this tournament? If anything that's the opposite. Not whining and making excuses like "We didn't have our best players, with a better coach we would've won the gold, with our A team bla bla bla". As someone wrote before: CZECH yourself.

You are so full of contradictions it's laughable. It's funny you think others are sour...
You are focusing more on Finland and their late success than your team, doesn't that sum it up pretty well?
Also, go read my posts about this years Czechia in the Finnish roster thread. I mentioned their D, Kulich and Sale before the exhibition games even started.
Last but not least, Czechia impressed me more than Canada and The US so far and I don't think I'm alone to think that.

I can't disagree. As a coach you can't go out there and make the plays, but at least you can recognize who is doing the job and who isn't.

They've played more consistently at the tournament, they deserve it more.

Czechs were significantly better than us in the first game, except the goalies. Also crushed Germany that we barely beat and beat Canada that crushed us.

Still I thought we improved slightly against Finland and that the forwards found a little chemistry. I think it will be a close game but maybe not...
