You are always making this weird lines and so on. Why did they even bring Ginning if he wont play? He has been a lock since day one. And why would they break up the defensive pairings?

I wouldn’t consider Ginning a lock, Sweden’s defense is very good. It’s gonna be between Broberg and Ginning for the final spot on the pairings.

Ginning is 100% a lock. Staff loves him and when asked about who will block the most shots, the staff all said Ginning. If he should be a lock is a different question, though.

He’s making the team, I’m talking about 6/7th D
I mean yeah, he's already made the team as the team is finalized. Staff has always loved him, he was the 5th dman(behind the AHLers & Boqvist) they even brought up to get. I'd be shocked to see him as 7th D, he's a staff favorite.

It's the other way around.

Boqvist couldn't even make the AHL this year, and is having an unimpressive season in juniors. That said, I hope he turns it around for the WJC. He is getting an opportunity on PP1 over a couple better F options right now.

Boqvist was the last cut on D for the Blackhawks, their entire Rockford D-group had left camp before he did. He was never on a tryout for their AHL team, London is a much better place to develop any 18 year old player.

i'm sure they're all 'staff favorites'

Typically you want your talented draft+1 players playing in the SHL/AHL if they are from Europe, rather than in juniors. It’s a better experience playing pro hockey against men.

London develops players, he's getting good minutes, coaching and experience on NA ice, he should be fine.

He's over a PPG on a stacked D-core. I think a lot of people think that its easier to score a lot on a team like London, but I disagree. There's less minutes to go around. Bouchard gets the top minutes on that defense, and Boqvist's follow from that. If he was playing 30 per game, he might have more points. I saw him play earlier this season, and thought he was the best player on the ice. He's also adjusting to a new ice surface. It took him some time to adjust to the new ice surface, which makes sense. A lot of European prospects take a couple of weeks or months to adjust to the smaller ice.

Man how I wish Albin Eriksson was on this team. Sylvegard too.

This is not remotely accurate and the truth is pretty much the exact opposite of what you posted.

London has a great track record for developing talent and the Hawks are not burning an elc year. It made a lot of sense to send him where they did. Also remember that he is really young for his draft class.

This is plain false and wrong. Read the replies above mine

None of that changes that Boqvist's season in a junior league has been unimpressive to date.

Before Bouchard showed up, Boqvist was scoring at an even lower rate (13 points in 13 games).

Explain how the truth is opposite to what I posted. I'll be waiting.

Lol, what? They wouldn't have burned an ELC year by sending him to the AHL either. Maybe read up on the topic before flinging crap at the wall and hoping it sticks?
