Not sure if you're negative here, but he was fine when he played. Trust me, I have zero care for anything American in football and he wasn't bad by any means, just really average. Don't think he goes any higher than what he is now, a middle-of-the-tier type of player.

Obvious I'm not negative here. Furthermore, you basically just confirmed what I was saying.

116 + 20?

That's a lot of money.

I'm guessing that's not quite right.

Then my mistake. Your post was right under mine, as far as I can see, and I was one of the only people who was part of those discussions on this topic years back. Carry on now.

I was quite clear in my initial post. No carrying on here, but you can continue.

There is no equal plan B option to Nunez, so yeah they have to get this done. Nkunku isn’t a 9 and Osimhen isn’t as good. Lautaro is not available. Halaand and Vlahovic just went to other teams.

Apparently Bale is signing with Getafe?

Edit: Getafe are a bunch of pranksters, that's all.

You had an agreement with Mbappe on personnal terms too :)
Mbappe didn't "succomb" to political pressure
Mbappe doesn't want to be a legend out of many. He wants to be his own legend. He wants to make history. And bringing the CL to Paris would make history. Bringing it to Real wouldn't.
That's the bottom line and Real fans trying find excuses like "more money" (debunked by everyone close to the situation), or "victim of blackmail by Qatar" (lol) or political pressure (double lol) is frankly both pityful and laughable.

Some people really never too the chance to understand Mbappe's character to state some crap like that.

As for Tchouameni, I know Mbappe is trying to convince him to come. Same with Nkunku who doesn't need much convincing (Leipzig does on the money front though).

PSG and OM are after Seko Fofana too. Not sure if they're serious about it (PSG) or have enough money (OM), but any team would be inspired to get him. Probably for something like 20M. He brings energy, intensity, speed, power, clutch goals, leadership, etc....

I don't know how you can say this confidently when Mbappe came a hair away from signing with Real Madrid. It doesn't really lineup with what you're saying. I don't know that he succumbed to pressure (political or otherwise) or it was really a 50-50 thing that went PSG's way.

Unsurprising and has kind of been reported numerous times. Seems as though the $200MM transfer budget is meant to replace the holes in squad numbers (we need 5 defenders) but anything past that is going to be funded by player sales.

It’s not as if we have squad space up front either. Havertz/Lukaku/Broja, Werner/Pulisic/CHO, Mount/Ziyech. Needs to be a trim there.

I'd take Werner as a Kane/Son backup. Maybe possible with Roman gone but I doubt it.

Forgive me if this has already been posted, but Man United is going after Botman based on reports from Nederlands and ESPN.
