Werner is a bittersweet one. Like the player and what he did here, but he's capable of more and for a few different reasons it just wasn't the best fit here. He fell victim to the old regime where it was a combo of long-term board targets knowing that there will be a revolving door of managers, and managers trying to figure out how to make all the parts fit their system. Hope he does well back at Leipzig. This one felt inevitable, so really wasn't shocked, I've been expecting the departures of attackers to pick up. Sounds like CHO could be next.

They aren’t. Your source blows but also LFC only would be looking at CM; (not another winger); and they aren’t even likely to do that. Maybe his name is in an excel sheet somewhere but there is no chance that they are trying to sign that player this window. Also even if they were, there is nothing to suggest they are paying 40-60m for a Mo Salah backup. Especially with other needs.
Maybe Arsenal is and good for them if they are but this is not going to be a player choose Arsenal over Liverpool scenario. Dude knows he puts Liverpool in his tweet he gets more engagements. Bit that’s clickbait generation.

But if you want to do an avatar bet on this that’s fine. Put up or shut up. If Pino signs with LFC, or there is any evidience from the LFC side they are interested you can pick my avatar. In raw talent and ability it’s not close honestly. But he’s a problem and doesn’t really ever play up to his talent level.
Personally I'm looking forward to the eventual meltdown. UTD are popcorn material these days.
