Ya ya here we go, let’s try to be above that everyone against us mentality. I’m sure it’s a league wide conspiracy to single out and screw Coughlin. By the way, not sure where you’re seeing several majors reversed, from what I see it rarely happens so much that the long delays are a joke. Play the game get the name. Don’t put yourself in that position. A ton of players play a hard nosed gritty game without constantly crossing the line. Thank your lucky stars their PP is struggling and are PK is excellent.
But hey I never saw this particular hit, was listening to the radio broadcast and they made a point of mentioning a couple times then owen sound guys didn't expect it to be a major. Throw in the multiple removal of automatic suspensions and the fact that barrie got nothing for 4th man in or the jumping Coughlan it makes you raise an eyebrow. Even generalsupdates is wondering where the Barrie suspensions are.

Also considering while we have extra picks this season, we have currently have no 2nds next season a 3rd, a conditional 4th, 2x 5th, no 6ths etc, no draft capital for the year we will be worst. Need to recoup that.
Wolves get their 2nd and 4th back from Hage not reporting. So the Wolves have are better than what's showing in the spreadsheet.

Missing the point. Ya they won and no I’m still singing this pissed off tune. Type of inexcusable boneheaded play that could lose a playoff game or worse a series. Ask Barney how he felt about it. Your teammates are working there asses off and you do something that defines unnecessary and stupid. Yes it happens sometimes but my main gripe with him is he is a repeat offender and isn’t getting it. It will catch up with us if he doesn’t cut it out. He started the season more disciplined but has fallen back into his old ways. He would have been singularly responsible for the loss which have been a travesty.
Hey if Coughlan doesn't hit who will??? Nobody hits or plays with an edge other than him and Street with his limited ice time. You try and tame Coughlan and this team is really soft. Just saying... I will take the odd bonehead play as you call it. But If it's any consolation the hit was not a major IMO. He just hits hard.

Simply put Clayton has had 3 automatic slewfoots reversed, digi had 1 reversed as well, there has been a number of them this season.
Alright enough about that. Nice bounce back, not sure when the last time was that I saw the Wolves play that well in a three in less than three. Barney must have them in shape.

These are not our Wolves of the past. I was expecting a loss in Owen Sound. That is a tough barn to win in, and an early last game of a three in three weekend had me pessimistic. Sure there was an adjustment with the Musty and Molnar here, but I think that period is now over. They sure came out ready to play in the first. That is a terrific response. Well done. And, kudos to Henderson on his first, and Krawchuk for a solid game when needed.

One thing that tells me the coaching is moving things in the right direction is that you get blown out one night and you come back the next night hungry, tons of shots on goal, total bounce back. That’s the sign of a coaching staff that knows how to get the team to put the previous game behind them and keep moving forward. It’s not always gonna be sunshine and rainbows with this team but the positive stuff is really really positive so I’ll focus on that lol.

It was a dirty hit. Making strong comments about something you didn't even see is a bit strange. Also, no one cares what generalsupdates thinks.

Don't believe I made particularly strong comments. Like I said from the radio broadcast both ours and the attacks a penalty was warranted, however; no one thought it should have been 5 and a game. If you add in the 5 and games and come with automatic suspensions which were later overturned just seems off.

Then you have a colt jump coughlan, Clayton tries to pull him off and himself gets jumped plus a 2 game suspension but the other guys as of yet got nothing.

As for the generalsupdates, as bias as he is towards the gens, he felt the colts should have received suspensions as did their own fans.

I think it was an incident worth noting. I think Clayton was 3rd man, but was not taking swings like the Colt behind him.

Wolves need their best players, to be their best players, they got that and more tonight. Both Musty and Villeneuve probably had the best all-around games of their careers.

Very Impressive! Junior hockey can be very unpredictable at times. Tonight was one of those nights. But have to give credit to the Wolves who played an incredibly sound game.

Again love the quiet but solid game O'Dell plays. Big and calm and just does his job.
