I am now on the Sudbury Wolves bandwagon (i kinda was from the beginning) but now its real

Huge addition, hopefully we don’t do the dumb thing and trade him outta some misguided loyalty to the ones we have right now.

What's even better about Dvorsky is that he is an '05 so although he is the 10th overall pick there is always the chance he returns again next year to either make another run or trade away to fill the draft pick cupboard. All I see is a win-win for the Wolves!

I feel like since Chromiak is a bit trapped on this current Wolves team (3rd import, deep Wolves d core), his value may not be super high since other teams know this. However, Papineau is not going to get cheated and I think will end uo doing decent on the return.

Once again need to applaud Papineau for the DeAngelis and O'Dell trade. Makes the Chromiak deal that much more viable. Add that into the Toure return and this has been a good period for the Wolves.

Vondras and Dvorsky are ineligible to be traded. Only Chromiak has been on the team long enough to be traded. The others could only be waived.

This is a very very strong team. I think you try to get an offensive weapon in a chromiak deal, and you're chilling.

Well, if this goes down (Dvorsky coming) the Wolves front office better be serious about going all in this year. 2007 was a long time ago and that team was a surprise to almost win it all. They should be able to get a lot for Chromiak that will help with this year. There are other pieces that can be moved for more

And I'm not convinced we have the right coach to take this team to the promised land.

I guess we find out over the next few months if these guys can do it. I'm very hopeful but my realism makes me pessimistic considering this teams history of poor results.
