Assuming we don't luck out with Dvorsky, hopefully, the wolves are making progress recruiting Kulonummi or trading for someone. Don't really want to sit through another season down an import.

This lineup really excites me for next year - team is stacking the 04' & 05' talent

Really like the Chromiak pick. Swinging for the fences on Dvorsky with our late pick is worth it in a year when there isn't the same depth of international talent available anyway.

Both players will be integral pieces to Slovakia’s Hlinka team and maybe even the WJC team in august. Dvorsky no.1 C at Hlinka and probably 2 or 3 C at WJC.

Chromiak will be the no.1 defenseman for Slovakia at the Hlinka tournament and will quarterback the top powerplay unit. He’s made lots of improvement over the last 6 months. It’s not out of the realm that he plays at the WJC too later in august.

With scouts eyes open wide on the Wolves it wouldn’t surprise me that both import players report here. No better off a situation for the their own draft rankings. Learn to play in the best junior league in North America. No better of a situation and I’m sure agents are going to be in board for their clients to play in Sudbury! This team contends in two seasons.

The only thing I'll correct you on, I think this team contends FOR two seasons, not in two seasons. I think they'll surprise some people this year with how good they are.

Why? If everyone reports and gets better over the summer he’s not in the top 4. Sadly is right
When the wolves trade for a player, they have a history of trying to continue to force the player into the lineup. Given how much they gave up for Dylan Robinson, I expect the same. It's extremely rare you see returning players lose spots, but I really do hope Dylan Robinson and Peyton Robinson are on the outside looking in.

I would much rather the Wolves find another trade for picks for those two guys and insert a solid vet at some point to add into this returning core.

As for the Wolves contending this year they would need to add another solid 19 year old and maybe have Savage and Tumuulla report. They would be a lock to finish top 2 in the league. Without any of the additions Wolves would have to really surprise with what’s currently on paper. Not saying it’s not possible however we saw what it took Hamilton to win and advance to the Mem Cup!

Yeah, I think there is a decent chance all five central division teams will be playoff bound. It’s going to take a loaded roster to lead the central this season imo. Niagara just added 2-19 yr olds and 3-OAs, and probably not done with roster changes. But I am not sure the Icedogs can finish ahead of both Barrie & NB. Miss might start the season as a better team than the last, but end up being a seller at the trade deadline.

Where did you read/ hear that
I heard it from someone in the Wolves org that they have taken alot of calls on him from NHL teams and that there are a few that really like Delic.
Take it with a grain of salt however, sometimes these things get blown out of proportion.

I like kochi a lot. I have also read a ton of previews as well. Nobody has him as a two .. likely a 5 to 7 round flyer

Well I guess its safe to say that this pipe dream is finally over. This City never ceases to amaze me.
You knew it was going to happen! Totally corrupt council strikes again.
