This management continues to ride with Musty and it needs to stop!!!

No consistency of the lines is mind blowing. Keep Goyette/Delic/Konyen together. DeGrazia with Larmand and McCallum. Blend all the other guys. Its very unfortunate what's happening to players here because they are catering to Musty!

Anyone know why Assadourian wasn't in the line up tonight?

Ranger needs to be better. He's been struggling as of late and has been just average.

With Hamilton losing and getting a point at least we're out of the cellar.

WJ
They have to put that top line back together now that the McCollum's line is clicking. Put musty with Pharand and one of Assadourian, Villeneuve or Walton, call it the second line for ego sake and roll 3 lines.

I totally agree. But feel bad because your prob going to get crucified on here for this opinion lol

everyone's opinion is welcomed, no one will get crucified if they can back up their comments. Look at McCallum OHL career stats for a first round pick very poor, he should be top scorer on this team this year. I give him credit he has toned down his game from the pre-season, he was out of control.

Nice to see he finally got the message. Larmand is the same boat, these are veterans that should be top scorers on the team, him being a second rounder.

They do have some sound attributes in playing physical and decent defensively but they need to take next step with leadership and put some pucks in the net.

Right now they are shutdown players on the most part, but should be on top line on this team at this point.

No argument here on this statement. I agree and would love to see the veterans produce and lead more. Not easy to put all the pressure on the young talent on this team. Maybe a legit OHL level coach could help point them in the right direction.

And don’t forget a manager who players , parents and agents like just a bit. Take it for what’s it worth.

Toure's offensive instincts are so good, I'd love to see him get more of a shot on the PP.

Is it time to trade him? His value will never be higher!

Everyone is trade-able, it depends what you get back, not sure your going to get a-lot for him. He has been valuable at face-off, PK. For me he is expendable for right package.

Definitely the only 19 year old on this team with value

Let’s keep things in perspective: they weren’t big scorers in U16. Didn’t play big minutes as 16year olds, didn’t play as 17 year olds due to shutdown, new coach post COvid (never drafted, lots to process)at 18 and now as 19 year olds finding their role/groove. Larmand brings toughness, decent draws, great PK guy and I’m guessing a team first guy (wears an A). McCallum: always has been a Rat player, can score (better shot than you think) but great vision and distributor. Better skater than most think. I’m not saying they are not tradable, it would be wise to move some of your 19 year olds before you loose them for nothing. But Larmand and McCallum (when he stays disciplined) make the Wolves better. They have never been guys to light it up…

A more complete effort today. It was nice to see the Wolves come out of the gate a guns a blazing and take advantage of a team who played last night and had to travel. Some concern of the undisciplined play of some players. Goyette sat the third period which was warranted. He needs to stay focused on being the best player and refrain himself from after the whistle stuff. I don't know why he is resorting to that. I'm sure he will be advised otherwise and to clean his act up. Delic was on fire today and really complimented the line with Pharand and Assadorian. The lines were at least consistent. I'm conceding that Musty will always be paired with Goyette and Konyen. DeGrazia with McCallum and Larmand needs to stay together. Walton, Boudreau and Villy should make up the last line. With them plugging up once in a while on the other three lines when a player is sitting for a major, injured or having an off game. Boudreau is also useful on the second penalty kill pair. Mauro I cannot see a use for this team unfortunately.

Toure was fantastic today. And other than some guys getting caught flat footed and allowing Missy to come down on partial breaks need to be cleaned up. Ranger did what he needed to do today and that was stop the puck at important times.

Word around the rink has Derek MacKenzie being named coach however also have learned that Dorval has a chance as well. Butler's name has fizzled off.

Our Gm did not appear to be around today. Not sure if it has to do with getting work done on a new coach or scouting players for trade. We have an OA spot open and Derbidge is still on block.

Hope with today's outcome the players will begin to believe in themselves and learn to play more disciplined. That will result in more wins. And that is what is important for this franchise at the moment. Everything else seems to be much improved around the rink. Fans are coming out, new clock that allows for more fan interaction. Season ticket holders have new benefits and seems like the organization has the support of many businesses in town. The biggest issue is getting the product on the ice to be more consistent and allow for a winning culture to be groomed. Let's hope the changes about to embark on are good for the short and long term.

A player has no control over where they are drafted. If they have underperformed relative to their draft position their entire OHL career, it's probably the draft position that was the problem. Point fingers at management, not the player.

Also remember, the 2003 class was probably the weakest draft class in quite a while. There are really only a handful of them that are impact players in this league this season.

I am sure if he wants it then it is his. Dario will bend over backwards to get him as this step could put the team back on track to be a contender down the road. Player agents would be more inticed to suggest their players play under the development of a coach like Derek.
