Yes if he asks for $15 mil and dig's his heals in, he is 100% gone, if he asks for a small bump in pay, like 10% to 15% bump, I believe he will come in around $12.56 mil, which is fair comparable based on his peers and the increasing % of cap, he will remain with the team.
