Miller and Kreider used to kill it on the Pack in the beginning of the AHL season... I think Miller reuniting with Kreider is the best thing at the moment. We don;t need to jumble all of the rest of our lines just to accomodate one injury.

Its not as easy and simple as that.Miller is pretty bad in his own zone and that's something that cant be overlooked if you plan on giving him 16+ minutes.Kreider and him on the ice together,can lead to a a lot of bad defense

No knock on Moore. But Miller definitely has more offensive potential. Plus it allows us to balance out the lines again. It's a positive.

I was thinking the same thing. Keep the chemistry from other lines and just insert Miller into Stepan's spot. I'm not saying JT will replace with Step brings, but I'd rather one line trying to find their way than all 4. I like D. Moore, but he just doesn't work well on scoring lines. He was the cog in the gears of the Zucc/Poo line.

Hoping Step isn't going to miss time though and the "indefinitely out" mentionings were just something to push the league a little further in Prust's hearing.

Moore will move up, or theyll keep Moore with Zucc and move Brassard up. Jesus christ this ****ing sucks.

Kreider is awful defensively. Nash is only mediocre defensively. It was Stepan who held that line's defensive ability down. Now we want to put a rookie there? To play 20 minutes? No way. This is a guy AV just called out for immaturity, he isn't getting a Christensen role.

Love it. Exactly what I said in the post game thread. Needs to happen. Miller will turn heads. He's gonna be a cornerstone for this team for years to come.

Not to be negative but we dotn know how good Miller will be. But one thing we do know is that this year he wasnt 100% ready yet. He had a some good games but also is a liability in his own zone. Kreider isnt great defensively but he has improved and he makes up for it with his offense. I would NOT put miller on the top line in the ECF. I'd rather have brassard there and put miller with one of the other lines

So if you move Moore up, that could work. He's pretty creative and is good at finding space and passing. I'm sure he can handle and extra 3-4 minutes a night.

Nothing pisses me off more than last nights game. Subban slashing all over the ice, Markov cross-checking everybody in sight, and Prust running Stepan. Just a ***** move. I remember Ovechkin had a chance to level Stepan and didn't do it for some reason, but an ex-teammate has no respect.
