The one where we finally get past round 1, only to f*** it up within 1 week going down 3-0 against a team we have home ice againstWhat misery?

I have enjoyed every game this season. The more the better in my opinion. The one where we finally get past round 1, only to f*** it up within 1 week going down 3-0 against a team we have home ice against
Matthews has been all over the ice, is hitting, is blocking, is stealing pucks, taking shots, he's been great.Matthews missing posters need to go up soon, need him go dress for game 5 guys lol.
I read today that over the past 3 years, the Leafs have eon 4 games in a row 15 times.Just need to win 4 straight. Got 1 need 3 more. Not impossible.

He basically carried us against Tampa. Sometimes players get shut down. That's when other players should step up.

Friday night's game will be exciting. The big guns are overdue. Great time to break the 0-Fors.
If they cam break out offensively and send this to a 6th game it's anyone's series.
Florida should feel very fortunate to be up 3-1 IMO.
Here's a guy who didn't watch Game 3 of Edmonton vs Vegas. We put Matthews in the top 5 category. Top 5 players just don't get shut down.
The f***ing media, especially Hockey Night in Canada, needs to call out the NHL on this BS.This whole Florida trying to injure our players every shift thing needs to stop already.
Dubas' job might be in jeopardy anyway, just call the bullshit out please.

It's weird but he almost thrives by not taking things too seriously.Nylander never seems phased by the playoffs. He's still willing to carry the puck with that effortless skating. He still dangles and skates at opposing defensemen. He always willing to accept the puck.
I find our other guys flub passes and clearances, and shots because they get stage fright. Whatever attitude or headspace Nylander has, he needs to give it to the others.
They do it because they can. Who’s going to stop them? Our team is soft. Schenn and McCabe are great additions but they need a top 9 guy or two who can hit, drive the net and fight. Basically, they need a Sam Bennett and/or Marcus Foligno type. This whole Florida trying to injure our players every shift thing needs to stop already.

So what's the point of having rules then? They do it because they can. Who’s going to stop them? Our team is soft. Schenn and McCabe are great additions but they need a top 9 guy or two who can hit, drive the net and fight. Basically, they need a Sam Bennett and/or Marcus Foligno type.
It’s frustrating to watch Florida bully them unpenalized.
31 teams have come back from down 3-1.
It's a 3-1 series, its' doable.
Since when exactly? Matthews still has more goals and points in THESE playoffs than Nylander, while being about 200% better defensively.I used to think that but Nylander is a better skater, puck handler and their shots are about even since Matthews shot is not what it used to be. To me Matthews is a more complete 200 foot player but less dangerous offensively now.
