I went with the Fire Everyone option.
Initially I thought TMac was less to blame. It's not his fault when a player makes a stupid decision, blows coverage or allows a bad goal. But when the whole team starts to make poor decisions, blows coverage, plays like they don't give a crap and just can't PK for shit, it's more than just a player personnel issue.
Also, I firmly believe the sooner Blake is gone, the better. However that isn't to say a worse GM won't be brought in. It's like that saying, be happy with the lazy guy your with, cause the next guy might be lazy and beat your ass too.

I have a strange theory that an electric player like Fiala has messed with everyone's wiring.
I love how creative he is but I wonder if it has a cumulative effect on the defense first mentality that has permeated the identity of this team for so long.
Not saying it was bad to add him just that a balance needs to be struck.
