No but seriously we used to produce some decent guys. Kapanen, Johnsson,Brown, Hyman etc. What happened to our development??

We are the perfect opponent for a team looking to get out of a slump. Easy to pushover.

We are the perfect opponent for a team on a hot streak as well because we will also give you an easy game to maintain the streak.

Just a perfect opponent overall because we don’t fight

We're seemingly the perfect opponent for everyone this year, yes.

Weak, soft...top heavy, mediocre goaltending, a mess defensively.
 
In 2 years Tavares’ contract is up and Brodie/gio are gone.
Salary cap will be up too.
Until then just enjoy what we can cause this team isn’t going anywhere.

We really should try 11 & 7 for an extended stretch.

We pay these forwards boatloads of money they can take it. 7 D per game is the classic less is more. We'd have about 5, 3rd pair D but being fresher for the whole game they can play up.
 
5 on 5 Leafs are kept to the outside and are defended easily b/c

1. they get stoop at at the line and turnover the puck or are forced to dump in
2. if puck is dumped in there is no recovery and the dump-in was forced not with intent to chip and chase

Hockey 101 simply basic hockey that doesn't show up in bullshiit/60 stats.

when the F are they gonna learn? WHEN?
 
Honestly, what do we expect from a team filled with guys who just learned it's unacceptable to not stand up for your teammates?

We just have nothing 5on5, its awful, scrambly hockey with no purpose and no intention

The Oilers lost again... Campbell has a .873% save percentage on the year... he is also outplaying Skinner... Does anyone think McDavid leaves before his contract is up? Does he inform them he won't re-sign?

We are playing 11 and 6 right now (Reaves doesn’t count as a player)
 
god the way this nobody playing his first NHL game just brushed off big tough guy Reeves on the forecheck. RR needs to do the dignified thing and get LTIRed.
