It shows the culture in this franchise. The whole hockey world knows we are soft to the core. Adding a couple of physical players won’t change that.

The statement should have been made on the ice in the last game. It didn’t. It shows that these guys aren’t in it for each other truly.

None of them played more than 10 NHL games a season until at least 6 years post draft. 6 years ago was the Liljegren draft, we should be graduating guys like Rasanen, Korkshkov, JD Greenway, etc but Hunter wasted every pick in the 16 + 17 drafts other than Matthews, Grundstrom, Woll, and Liljegren.

I think he is suggesting that the construction of the team is not ideal... normally Keefe throws out a defensive line after a PP to combat the offensive line that comes out for the opposition... our best defensive line was just on (Matthews, Marner, Jarnkrok) and we don't really have another...
