GDT: Stanley Cup playoffs

They have the toughness, they have the skill, they have the goaltending, they have the coaching & they have outstanding leadership now with Tkachuk on the team. But I would not rule out Vegas who has the experience & are also a big tough team with skill & coaching although I think Florida has the better goaltending. Vegas reminds me of how the Sens play, lots of hitting & going after lose pucks, both series are excellent hockey.

So far Panthers have played pretty soft teams. Vegas, and even Dallas to a lesser extent, will be tougher matchups.

Barkov showing tkachuk how the between the legs is done. Course then tkachuk finishing the game off. Florida knocked out Toronto and so I say.. go Florida go.

Agreed. I dont see how any Sens fan could be salty watching Brady cheer for his god damn brother in these playoffs. Family absolutely comes first.

Those are not mutually exclusive. Panthers are playing their hearts out against much more skilled teams, but they do have the advantage of being a more resilient and physically-imposing team. Let's see if they can do it against a team who is going to "bite" back.

Interestingly that was the downfall of the 06-07 Senators. They physically imposed their will on the Eastern conference, but ultimately became a shell of themselves when they played a hard-nosed Anaheim team who crashed them left and right.

Demands a trade to only Ottawa.

Some BS about this being Brady's team and unfounded speculation it would create locker room issues.

Really just the same kind of dumb arguments made against bringing EK65 back to Ottawa.

Yeah agreed. He’s also coming off a ruptured Achilles so that definitely is probably slowing him down too.

oh yea

bizarre there's a section of the fanbase that would rather it be brady's team (whatever that means) and suck, than brady not be the biggest deal but win.
