Stars suck and and the Avs realllly suck.
Was saying it before the series started. Anything less than a sweep by Edmonton is embarrassing. Dallas isn't a good team.

Some of us saw how good they would be this year.
Really hoping they beat Florida. The true dirtiest team. Trouba is the best at throwing elbow checks in the league. But Florida is happy to sucker punch and hit from behind at every opportunity.

It's almost like never pushing the play, constantly trapping, sitting back and just waiting for mistakes from the other team doesn't work when you have a competent team on the other end of the ice.
How did we lose to Dallas. Pretty sure we would've won if we scored first once in a while instead of being down 0-3 every game.

It literally took the Avs 5 games to score a single goal in the first period.
Dallas’ vaunted depth is a lot of older guys (Benn, Seguin, Pavs, Dutchy, Suter, now broken Tanev, Dadonov, Smith) who largely look gassed now after going 7 and then 2OT game 6 and pile of younger guys (Stankoven, Johnston, Harley) who need more experience and it’s showing against a prime aged Oilers.
Their only real prime age players are Miro and Otter (who have largely been fantastic all playoffs), Hintz who has been battling injury, Lindell who is still the wrong side of 30, a streaky Robo and some 4th liners. When it works they look like world beaters but it’s such a strange mix that when it doesn’t it gets exposed hard like the last couple of games
