Who knew that Samberg and Ehlers meant so much to this team, some teams can handle an injury or two apparently the Jets cannot, and no I'm not saying that the Jets would of won tonight or any of the games they have lost lately. It's just that I think that they are two very important unreplaceable parts on this team
They withstood Connor and Vilardi last year. But ehlers is the engine on the second line and Scheifele is not 100%

Once again the Jets badly outplayed, guess it’s because the Jets are the only team that travels!
this is the 11th game in a row travel that had us going from coast to coast and back again this is not the standard road trip that every team goes thru but keep on acting like this is just some simple 4 game trip on the east coast..

Good news, I stayed awake for the whole game. Bad news, the Jets didn't and came out on the losing end again. On to the next one. I give this game one "Ozark" out of five...

The Prediction Contest for the game against the Sabres has been posted for your guesses. It should be noted that...

Yes indeed, we have the first trifecta of the year, and it's a double! Congratulations to both @Fatdrunk and @Bob E for picking the St. Louis Blues to win 4-1 with Jordan Kyrou scoring the opener. For your picks, you each receive eight points! Way to go!

The game on Thursday does not have anyone making the GDT, so please if you have some time, why not sign up and create one! See you then! Good night...

Too many of the same players on the roster. Jets should make a deal for some size, and compete, for the top 6 fwd group or move guys around by splitting up the Lowry line.

Plus this was only the 2nd game in 6 days for the Blues. Jets are a fast skating team but they were the slower team tonight.
Jets need to battle through this losing streak and keep it simple … STOP with the perfect passes and just put the puck on the net especially when your scoring dries up. It worked on #55 goal right?

I don't know how I keep getting drawn in and fooled into thinking that this has now become a Stanley Cup contender. I guess that's the shitty part about being in love with a sports franchise. Anytime there's a little bit of hope, you cling to it like you're on a f***ing life raft.

The fact is, they do this f***ing thing every year. They disappear for weeks at a time. And sometimes they disappear for a whole playoff series at a time. They're mentally weak and mentally fragile. Clearly, it's infected this group like some sort of f***ing tumor.

I don't even know who to blame anymore. All I know is it's incredibly frustrating and draining.

As another poster said in the GDT, I’m fine if this is the Jets annual slump happening earlier in the season.

If this is happening in February and beyond? Pack it in, boyos. That shit tonight was unprofessional.

At the game with my son. He asked if we could leave after the 2nd period and that was when the score was still 0-0, he beat me to it because I was tapping out. He and I both love live hockey but that wasn’t really hockey from the Jets tonight. The thing is neither of us were mad or anything we were just really bored.

Slumps happen.

Chill bruh. That’s too much emotion for a Tuesday night loss in early December.

You should start paying attention to the other games that happen around the league. Take pittsburgh for example - lose like 9 out of 10 games and then miraculously turn things around and win 4 straight against cup contenders. Teams get hot and cold. How do you think Rangers fans feel right now? No accountability, trade uncertainty, locker room toxicity, dried up offense, and their supposed "14 million dollar goalie" has lost 5 straight letting in 4+ goals each time. This team isn't imploding, they're injured, exhausted, and most importantly, human.
