Remains to be seen if it's true and then also remains to be seen what exactly is compromised, but maybe keep an eye on your credit cards and passwords over the next little bit depending on where this goes.

Callisto is a great add. One of those games I have been curious to try but didn't want to spend full price on.
I played Callisto off disc, and the graphics were amazing but the game ran at like 20 fps (if even that). So I let the patch install and….it massively downgrades the graphics. The game runs fine with the patch but what is the point of releasing the game in that state and then just pushing a patch that drops all the settings?

Yeah, how does the one with the drive lay flat? Or is the drive on the top now?

If it's like the OG one, the stand clips on the back and then essentially just balances on it. It's higher on the non-drive side so that it's level.

So they're selling one of the stands separately now and are increasing the price of the digital PS5 in exchange for 150GB of storage and the ability to buy a disc drive accessory (making your total purchase more expensive than the disc version). I get what they're doing here and it makes sense business-wise but this is pretty rough for the consumer and only looks worse after the PS Plus price increase.

I bought a set of feet for mine from Glistco that lifts it a little less than an inch off the countertop, it looks better and might improve ventilation a little but I feel like it might be a little noisier
slim console 3 years after release, no price drop. It’s never been more over for videogames.
I set it up like this, but it was insanely flimsy and I didn’t want to risk knocking it over. Put it back to vertical

It's certainly not the most secure, but mine is out of the way and no risk of bumping into it. So it's been fine.
The bigger issue I have is the design of the PS5 in the first place. Would much rather have a black box.

Yeah it would also be great if it didn't look like a Frank Gehry design as well, a straight like wouldn't have hurt anyone

I tried to play Genshin impact, played the intro which was kinda cool, but then theres just nothing. Couldn't figure out what to do.

Can't wait to get my hands on Spider-Man. Loved the first 2 games in the series so far, and have loved their other work from Ratchet and Clank:Rift Apart, Ratchet remake (although the cheesy movie scenes and it being dumbed down hurt) and loved Sunset Overdrive for PC/X-Box. Can't wait to see what they do with Woleverine.
