Well, he plays low event hockey. The game just dies when he gets the puck, if he ever gets it.I literally have no recollection of Patrick Brown’s play style. None.

Just came here to post this and it’s so great I am still going to post it.
I think the bigger problem is that he isn't wrong. There is a reason he has a followingIf he thinks people will watch just because of fights in 2022...
If a team sucks and doesn't get wins, why watch? To think that fighting is more important than winning...

I'm saying he speaks for most Flyers fans, because most of them are dumbDoesn't mean he speaks for most fans or why most people watch hockey.
Hell, Avs won the cup and they only really had one goon that fought throughout the year (didn't play every game either) and that was MacDermid. He had only 6 fights and played 7.5 minutes on average per game. And yet they are some of the most exciting hockey people has ever seen, especially in a long while. But you know, people watch for fights and having tough, hitting lines... oh wait...
Lots of empty seats last season even with MacEwen providing NRG every night.
Fights will entertain the die hards who still go to the games even when the team sucks, but that's all.
Gotta be honest. Thought the MacEwen signing would have brought more thunder to this thread.
This one might be too dumb for the sceptic tank...needs to be hooked up to city sewer
