Not many better options. Will be interesting to see what style they employ.

He has been super versatile over his career tactically, albeit always possession focused. So looking forward to seeing which formation he starts off with.

People definitely shouldn't expect a 180 to Southgateball. Tuchel is pragmatic through and through. The difference is that he's better at tactics and usually has a match plan.

But in the big tournaments when the job of the national team manager also becomes to create the right atmosphere it will become clear that he's not a people person whatsoever. One or two losses and the drama that ensues will be glorious.
