Premier league people: How should I feel about a Reyna loan to Nottingham Forest?

I’m aware of their table position, but other than that what are they like?

New manager. Extremely large squad, si no guarantees they'll even play him. We loaned them a midfielder with good potential in the summer and i think he made the bench for 3 games.

Mixed reviews on Nuno. Did well with wolves, terrible with Spurs. Typically plays attacking football even to just own detriment. I think he did 3 4 3 later in his time with Wolves after they bought the entire Portugese national team.

So then why the hell would the be looking for another midfielder?

And I know he and his group have been looking for a fit with the main focus being getting as much playing time as possible, so I have no idea why he'd go there without some kind of discussion about his role there.

Reyna is definitely a different profile than Santos, so it could be entirely just that they want an attacking vs a more traditional 6. They bought like 3 more midfielders after we loaned them Santos, too so who knows.

The Klopp era is coming to an end. Didn't expect it to be this summer.

Last chance for that core to win something this year as I expect them to be fighting for a top 4 spot without him.

The klopp news is wild. I thought for sure he'd see out the contract extension.

Hoping this is just him wanting to be with family more or something and not a behind the scenes issue with FSG or worse, a true health issue.

I think given it is Klopp and how he is in general? He probably just wants a break. 23 straight years of being a manager now...

sad to see him go even as a City fan.

One of the few managers over my lifetime of watching Prem I have nothing but respect for.

Klopp, Ferguson, Wenger, Guardiola are the four best managers I have seen in my lifetime in English football.

I'm hoping this is it. I have nothing but respect for the guy. It feels odd to make this decision now, but at the same time, all things have their reason and time.

I'm not trying to rumor monger or speculate at all. Like I said, it just feels like odd timing but when you know, you know.

I despise Liverpool. The city, the team, the culture, their fans, their stupid f***ing song, their history and the Beatles.

But I have all the time in the world for Jurgen. Top bloke.

Wow, this is such a big blow to Liverpool but if connect the dots, one would think Xabi would take over for him. Carlo just renewed with Madrid. i guess he could go to his other club in Bayern though.

only way i would feel good about this is if Xabi was indeed coming in after Klopp...it would have been Stevie a few years ago but he's a mess

For all you vultures circling overhead waiting to fly off with our coach, his contract runs through 2026. For whatever that’s worth. Anyways, I hate you all.

He did extend his contract, but I believe they have a gentlemen's agreement that if a big club comes knocking they won't block a move.

Leverkusen have always been a stepping stone club. That's how they attract young talented players.

If it's any consolation I do believe they can win the title this year which would be first time in club history.
I haven’t reached the point where I think they will, but I have reached the point where I think they could.
