I think as kind of a hardcore hockey fan it'll be somewhat interesting (maybe not more or less interesting than if NHLers had gone) to see which players have strong tournaments and get a chance (or perhaps a 2nd or 3rd chance) at an NHL career.

I will, since it will be a really interesting one with NHL out. I have a feeling we'll see a surprising performance from Germany and Denmark. I think Russia is the most likely winner though.

I don't think that Denmark qualified for the olympics.. and Canada and USA do not have rosters full of juniors.
They are pro players..not the best out there, I reckon, but pro nevertheless

I will probably watch a couple of games, most of them will be on during working hours though and I have no plan to take time off to watch the Olympics.

I will not necessarily for the hockey. I like curling, bobsled, speed skating so it’s basically the only time though sports are shown.

I really dont think that Germany will be better than Canada or the USA. Canada still has lots of KHL players while the most famous player on team Germany would probably be Ehrhoff who is past his prime years too

I will watch it all, I love the Winter games, I will also watch the hockey, while it will not be the best it is still hockey, hell I catch myself going to rink early for my rec league to catch local highschool games, its hockey and always fun to watch

I'll watch everything. Yeah, it sucks that the big guns aren't going to be participating for hockey but i'm sure the guys selected have nothing but pride. I'll always support them.

If one is against greed, then the Olympics shouldn't be on your watch list.

I'm actually more interested in watching the hockey now.

NHL players playing on olympic sized ice produces the least exciting hockey imagineable. God the NHL itself can be a rough game to watch a lot of nights.
