I'm talking about the mens side, obviously.

I say the U.S. Nevermind that bronze medal game they didn't give a crap about, other than that the only other game they didn't look very good in was against Canada, and even then they only lost by one goal.

They're the only team I felt that (at times) could truly stay with Canada, I didn't see any other team being able to do that.

2nd best team finished 2nd - Sweden.
3rd best team was Finland.
4th best team USA
Russia fifth.

CANADA was and is the BEST!!!

Sweden.
And before someone else opens threads:
3rd best was Finland. 4th best: USA

:help:

Sweden was the second best team. And yes, american players did care about bronze. Ofc.

But I would say that USA really cared until they let in the first 2 goals. They lost fair and square to Finland. Maybe Sweden wouldn't have beat Finland if Rask had been healthy but if you look on the other hand Finland only scored once and it was pretty fluke-ish.

I'm biased but I'm gonna say Sweden. Before Canada wore them down after the first period they played fairly well. Canada was just good enough to make any team look bad.

Just keep saying that, you might actually start to believe it!

Are you kidding me?? They didn't even medal and looked HORRIBLE the last two games, when it mattered most.

Canada, Sweden, Finland........Gold, Silver, Bronze. TRUE hockey nations.

And that's how it SHOULD be.
